Doc has been working on the follow up project to the Laramie Midwest Refinery project for the last few years, this website is the culmination of the research and images captured thus far. We will be updating and adding new images and stories as they are completed. If you have any comments, or have a story to share about the history of the Lincoln Highway, please use our contact page.
Navigating the site:
There are five county pages, each one is based on the original 1915 Lincoln Highway Guidebook. There are separate pages for the “Advice to drivers” section and just the Wyoming section of the 1915 Guidebook. In addition, the six cities that were located on the Lincoln Highway have their own page.
